Luke 23:26-49. As we follow the sorrowful road to Calvary, where Jesus suffering on the cross, we behold the lamb that takes away the sins of the world. We consider multiple prophecies from Psalm 22 and Isaiah 53 as He fulfills all that was written concerning Him.
Luke 23:50-56. As the lifeless, sinless body of our Lord was removed from the cross and laid in the tomb, we see how specifically the types and prophecies were fulfilled as the stage was being set for the glorious resurrection.
The Jewish feasts are prophetic in nature and look to the person and the work of Christ. So, how is The Feast of Trumpets (Rosh Hashanah or Yom Teruah) fulfilled? When will that trumpet sound? And where are we on the end times timeline?
Luke 23:1-25. In the final hours before the cross, we see our Lord standing judged before Pilate and his accusers. He was the lamb, innocent and silent to the slaughter. No man took his life from him, but He freely laid it down for us all.
